2001 M3 Dinan S2 Laguna Seca Blue

My friend's awesome factory-Dinan S2 M3 in the ever-elusive Laguna Seca "Bleu".  This shot taken the day I met Mitch and his fresh road machine, with less than 66k miles.  He had the car for barely a month, but of course, got hooked right away.

It had been suggested to me that I let my wife drive me down to Bimmerfest, so that I could shoot photos of all the cars in our E46 "brigade".  Weighing the option was not tough; I simply drove and shot out the window the best I could.

First Post, 2004 330Ci Japanrot


The E46; a chassis with many different faces and customizations. Also, it marks the last run of the naturally aspirated 3-series.  
Back when a 328 was powered by a 2.8L and a 330 housed a 3.0L six. Tried and true.

The curves on that eleven-mile mountainous strip are scary.  There were many times that the upcoming change in elevation was so radical that i thought my car might dive right into the pavement.
